• Ensure completion of all cake orders and maintain optimal organization in the department
• Decorates cakes with required designs.
• Create decorative display.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the department.
• Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in department.
• Involved in establishing decorating designs for shop sales.
• Administer and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction and facilitate work by providing supervision.
• Manage and apply creativity into decoration of cakes.
• Ensure excellent finishing of cakes
• Manage all mixing of colours for icings.
