Requirements

• Candidates must be a holder of a First Degree of its equivalent from a recognized educational Institution in Nigeria or outside Nigeria.
• He or she must have participated in similar election in the past
• He or she must not be member of political party in Nigeria.
• He or she must not have convicted of any criminal offence.
