Job Title: Teacher

Job Summary

• We need qualified subject teachers in the following subjects:
  • Preschool / Montessori Teacher
  • French Teacher
• The positions will be responsible for teaching the pupils of the school at the foundation level using the Montessori curriculum and materials.
• The French teacher will be responsible for educating the pupils on the French language and also form a club form a French club for the school.

Job Responsibilities

• Observe, guide and supervise as well as assess children while they learn in the classroom
• Develop lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula and methods that cater to the needs of individual child.
• Asetring an excellent example for pupils and instill good values in them like honesty, understanding, accountability, tolerance , respect and love for one another.
• Create and maintain clean and safe stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
• Participating in school activities and accompany pupils on field trips
• Monitoring and assessing pupils progress and reporting of same.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Ed / B.Sc. in Education or related field
• Early childhood education is a must and training on the Montessori standard of education is a competitive advantage.
• Ability to play with child and understand their growth needs in order to follow their pace.
• Understandinf of IPC curriculum is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month.
