We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead, Bancassurance

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Manage and drive the Bancassurance business between the banks insurance partners across all Retail segments including SME and Business Banking.
Referral management, product mapping, launch campaigns to deepen product penetration, digital acquisition, training and development of the work force on Banca and HMO products.

Requirements

7 years sales experience in Financial Services(Insurance or Asset Management), with a minimum of 3 years managing teams in Insurance.
Relevant industry certifications in Insurance.
