PEC Balloons and Events is a balloon styling and decor company in Nigeria. We have created a niche within the Event Industry using balloons as the main part tool for designs, styling, and decoration. Needful to say that, over 400 balloon styling and decorated events and deliveries with excellent finesse have been executed from 2017 to date.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Assistant
Location: Lagos

Summary

• We are looking to hire a young and vibrant Male to assist the PEC Decor team to ensure a seamless operation between the clients and the organization.
• According to the project brief, this individual shall serve in our Operations and Decor Technical Team to execute and install balloon designs and decorations.

Responsibilities

• Assist to Install balloon designs at the required location according to the job brief.
• Deliver balloons or balloon design order/ items to clients.
• Capture pre and post balloon installation designs.
• Manage and update inventory list.
• Assist Project Assistant Décor to execute another assigned task.
• Represent the PEC Company at the client’s site to deliver value.
• Maintain Proper documentation and management of Balloon designs briefs, items and materials.
• Ensure design materials are returned to the store in good shape

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in any of the Social Sciences and must have completed NYSC.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Candidates must possess good customer relationship and empathetic communication.
• Candidates must have a good knowledge of Lagos (Island and Mainland) routes.
• The ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is an added advantage
• Ability to create excellent text and videos content for a Balloon Company
• Gender Balance: Male is preferred for gender balance.
• Candidates must have the relevant skill as a decorator and an eye for beauty and finesse.
• Ability to pay attention to details and be thorough.
• Suitable candidates should be able to work in a team.

Salary
N50,000 + HMO + Field Allowance / month.
