Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead our technical operations and drive innovation across our production and quality control processes.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage technical teams across departments
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams
• Provide technical support and training to staff
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to improve efficiency and product quality
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
