Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire aTechnical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage technical projects from start to finish.
• Your responsibilities will include managing budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient workload distribution, and leading local and international third-party teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors (both local and international).
• Track and monitorprojectprogress, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on target.
• Act as a bridge betweentechnicaland non-technicalstakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and generate detailedprojectreports.
• Define, plan, and execute project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate complextechnicalrequirements into actionable deliverables.
• Identify and mitigateprojectrisks and manage interdependencies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience managing technical projects.
• The ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Expertise in record-keeping and reporting, with the ability to delegate tasks when needed.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials is an added advantage.
• A strong track record of deliveringprojects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge ofprojectmanagement methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with coding languages and software development processes (a plus).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Desired Experience:

• A strong background in IT or engineering.
• Experience in similar roles such as Program Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Leader, Operations Manager, Team Lead, or Scrum Master.
