Job Description
We require a Technical Support (Graduate / NYSC Intern) who can take on a great deal of responsibility such as ensuring that Customer support, hardware and software installation/configuration, diagnosing and repairing of faulty equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Time management and multi-tasking
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Resolving network issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.

Requirements

OND / Degree in Computer Science or related field with 0 - 1 year work experience.
Excellent interpersonal Skills.
Good written and Verbal Communication skills.
Attentiveness to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.

Salary
N20,000 - N30,000 monthly.
