Job Description

• We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Training Coordinator to join our team at Flex360. 
• As a Training Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs for our employees, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation
• Evaluate training programs, gathering feedback and metrics to inform future training initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities, participant engagement, and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training content
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring engaging and interactive learning experiences

Requirements / Skills

• 1+ year of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or related field
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and logistics

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 / month.
