Job Title: Training Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• The Training Manager will oversee all training initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery in a 5-star hospitality setting.
• The role requires developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs aligned with brand standards and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the annual training plan, ensuring alignment with sales and service objectives.
• Inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Conduct a training needs analysis to develop new programs or improve existing ones.
• Implement creative training techniques that reflect global hotel brand standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree.
• Minimum of 9 years’ experience in training, with at least 5 years in a 5-star hotel setting within global hotel brands.
• Proven track record as a Training Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong ability to design and deliver effective training solutions.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
