Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our Security firm and development strategy manage its implementation and measure its impact.
• A successful candidate will be passionate about learning and excited about the prospect of leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Identifying training needs of security operatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experienced ex-police or military backgroud.
• A proven track record of training program development and management
• Excellent leadership skills

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND with 1-2 years experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 / Month.
