Nichem Ventures Limited is a subsidiary of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and actively Involved in Consultancy, Project Management and Training.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Training Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Are you a Chemical Engineer?
• Do you have experience in Training?
• Can you work with minimum supervision?
• Are you self motivated and goal oriented?
• Do you see yourself as matured and would like to have a stable job for at least the next five years?
• If your answer to the questions above is YES, then you may be the person we are looking for.

The Position
The candidate who fits our searchlight will occupy the position and to drive the company to the next level and is expected to:

• To be highly experienced in digital / online training procedures
• To show evidence of successfully managing training courses and / or a training department before.
• To be knowledgeable in business management and profitability.
• To exhibit excellent relationship management skills
• Retired Chemical Engineers with above abilities are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc Chemical Engineering or Equivalent
• Possession of MBA or any other relevant postgraduate
• Management degree would be an added advantage
• At least 3 years in similar position
