Job Title: Accounts Clerk / Receptionist

Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain student files and records
Maintain financial records and book keeping
Handle correspondence between parents and the school e.g. emails, reports, etc.
Provide daily support to teachers e.g. generating letters, making copies, etc.
First point of contact between visitors (e.g. those making enquiries) and the school

Requirements / Required Skills

SSCE , ND or NCE
2 years experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good time-management and problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently
Customer service skills
Good use of office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
Reside in Okota, Ago / Isolo and their environs.

Job Title: School Cleaner

Location: Okota, Lagos

Job Description

A diligent Cleaner is needed for immediate employment in a Nursery and Primary school environment.

Responsibilities

Dusting, sweeping, cleaning, mopping - Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks - Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required - Purchase and Store of school cleaning supplies - Cleaning of the School environment; classes and restroom - and running errands.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

S.S.C.E
1 year experience.

Job Title: Early Years Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a committed, long standing and passionate nursery and early years teacher who will be responsible for building and nurturing Early Years pupils.

Roles & Responsibilities

Organizing and supervising play and work activities (for example reading, cooking, music, playtime, and circle.
Developing and implementing lessons and work schemes, using the Early Years Foundation Stage as a framework.
Liaising with parents, guardians and professionals such as speech therapists, phonologist and health visitors.
Providing a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning time
Monitoring and recording progress of each child.
We require the teacher to be an enthusiastic, imaginative and energetic individual capable of gaining the full potential from each child.
Committed to helping children learn effectively in a secured environment.

Requirements

NCE, ND, HND or any related field.
Knowledge of Montessori/EYFS is an added advantage.
