Services include marketing the property, screening applicants, coordinating lease signings, collecting rent payments, responding to owner and tenant requests, and arranging for repairs when needed. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Head, Properties Location: Lagos Roles

• Initiate, coordinate and close property sales on behalf of the company
• Initiate, coordinate and close property leases /letting on behalf of the company
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Manage properties / estates on behalf of owners / Estate Resident Associations
• Initiate, process and manage real estate investment portfolios
• Arrange for title searches, conduct title processing / surveys and carry out due diligence on properties
• Identify potential property development schemes under the joint venture model which he firm can participate in
• Identify potential strategic lands for site and service projects

Requirements

• Individual must be business savvy with an understanding of applicable property laws and real estate investment.
• A flair for sales and marketing is key.

• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
• Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
• Analyze data using statistical software
• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
• Prepare reports and present results to clients and management
• Perform financial analysis and develop models using in-depth analytical techniques for portfolio and client companies
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
• Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls
• Identify attractive investment opportunities

Requirements

• Individuals must have sound knowledge of the financial market, excellent analytical, research and numerical skills.
