Job Title: Overseas Education Executive

Job Description

  • Our client is currently in need of an Oversea Education Executive to channelize & synchronize all oversea Education related activities of the branch, with an aim to support & increase sales of the branch.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle student walk-ins for International study destinations, effectively address their queries regarding studying abroad and provide comprehensive consultancy with an end-to-end solution.
  • Understand the student’s profile and then provide them with the best program possibilities and other career suitable for them.
  • Help the students find the best university having worldwide recognition and offering excellent education suitable for them.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding admission and visa documentation and other mandatory requirements.
  • Responsibly handle all aspects of admission process including case filing with the university; updating the students through regular communication, visa application filing and address to any student query.
  • Convey all the information regarding education loan and will help in getting loans and financial aid.
  • Provide post admission assistance needed like accommodation, lifestyle and managing finance, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ideal candidate should possess fair knowledge of the area locations, territory and the city / country.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the travel/ tour industry
  • Negotiation Skills, handle regional level marketing profiles, Conflict Management, Team Handling and Good Communication skills

Job Title: Information Technology Officer

Location: Lagos
Industry: Travels and Tour

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, upgrade and repair a wide range of ICT equipment.
  • Rectify problems relating to the malfunction of ICT equipment including software.
  • Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Respond to ICT Support requests in a timely fashion to ensure minimum disruption to workflow
  • Support and contribute to IT-related tasks or projects through the implementation of appropriate technologies and solutions.
  • Maintain an inventory of computer hardware and software
  • Perform preventive maintenance duties on items of ICT hardware, including the cleaning of equipment.
  • Install and upgrade both systems and application software as required adhering to all licensing regulations.
  • Replace parts as required
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.

Requirements

  • Educational qualification: Graduate (least HND / B.Sc).
  • Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role
  • Working knowledge on software and operating systems.

Job Title: Car Rental Executive

Location: Lagos

  • Our client in the Travel & Tour Industry is currently looking for a Car Rental Service Executive to channelize & synchronize all Car Rental related activities of the branch, with an aim to support & increase Car rental sales of the branch.
  • The ideal candidate will handle branch level car rental sales, marketing and operations profile for the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assign and rent vehicles out to customers, ensuring that pertinent contracts are filled out with necessary information and explain rental policies to customers.
  • Responsible for fresh database creation, prospecting and lead generation
  • Check in returned vehicles; inspect returned vehicles for damages; and clean all vehicles inside and outside.
  • Maintain the database in CRM and daily activity report submission
  • Handle client questions or complaints and working to resolve overdue car rentals.
  • Exploring and attending the events & exhibition for business generation
  • Schedule all rental reservations for customers.
  • Drive car rental sales initiatives and achieve the assign target
  • Responsible Car rental SPOC for end to end service in the defined arena
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Exploring suitable tender, timely reply and follow-up
  • Up-keeping & sharing the latest development in the business segment
  • Competition mapping and creating supply chain for car rental service
  • Assist rental manager in other duties, such as help keep track of vehicles, help maintain the cleanliness of office and work area.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years’ proven experience in a Car Rental Executive role
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to pay attention to fine detail.

Description

  • Our client is currently in need of a Cargo Executive to channelize & synchronize all Cargo related activities of the branch, with an aim to support & increase Cargo sales of the branch.
  • The ideal candidate will handle branch level cargo sales, marketing and operations profile for a company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for fresh database creation, prospecting and lead generation
  • Exploring & business development with corporate, traders, institutes, commercial establishments, channel partners, government establishments, industries etc.
  • Maintain the database in CRM and daily activity report submission
  • Effective coordination with various internal department – Local, regional and central Exploring and attending the events & exhibition for business generation
  • Drive cargo sales initiatives and achieve the assign target
  • Responsible cargo SPOC for end to end service in the defined arena Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Exploring suitable tender, timely reply and follow-up
  • Up-keeping & sharing the latest development in the business segment
  • The candidate should possess fair knowledge of the area locations, territory and the city / country.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationship with airline’s cargo team of the country Competition mapping and creating supply chain for cargo

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in Business Admin or any related field
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in the Travel and Tour industry
  • Good communication Skills
