JB Professional Consulting - Our client, an Asset and Financial Management Company located in Lagos with over 15 years of operating within the Nigerian Financial Services Sector seeks to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer Location: Lagos

Job Summary

Chief Operating Officer to drive the company's plan for the coming years.
He will effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees.
He is expected to display leadership skills that will drive results, spur growth and increase the overall efficiency of the company.
The Group Chief Operating Officer shall be a senior executive administrative and operational functions of the company.
He will report directly to the Group Managing Director / CEO.

Education and Experience The Ideal Candidate should possess the following:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA and / or Professional qualification is an added advantage
Exceptional business acumen and presentation skills
Banking industry grade of not less than or equivalent to Assistant General Manager (AGM) is preferred.
Ten to fifteen years of banking or financial industry experience with at least 5 years Managerial level operational business expernce required.

Emoluments

This shall be in line with industry standard and negotiable.
