We have expertise in data collection for survey research, randomized controlled trials, needs assessments, implementation evaluations, and qualitative research. Qualiquant was founded in 2016 by seasoned research professionals who have a combined experience of over 10 years in field and research processes. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Lagos Job Description

• Accurately recording minutes during meetings
• Answering phone calls, distributing correspondence and taking down messages
• Organising/ maintaining the office filing system and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the board of directions, committees and executives
• Act as a point of contact amongst executives, clients and other partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, managing daily expenses and preparing weekly quarterly reports
• Oversee the performance of all clerical staff
• Act as an office manager by managing all administrative activities and keeping up with office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication- memos, emails, presentations and reports
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos and distributing them accordingly.

Requirements

• Prior work experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative support role
• Bachelor's degree in Administration or Secretariat Studies
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and use of various software including spreadsheets, databases and powerpoint
• Familarity with office gadgets and applications such as e-calendars, copier and printing machine
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
