Kobis Foods & Services Limited, a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) & Outdoor Catering Services Company is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Look for inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in the budget, and make recommendations to management.
  • Ensure financial statements are organized and maintained at all times
  • Determine the probability of a misstatement on a financial document
  • Create regulatory reports for internal auditors
  • Present all financial findings to management, i.e. prepare written reports and attend face-to-face meetings for review.
  • Resolving account to the general ledger.
  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
  • Handling queries related toaccounts.
  • Balance company budget

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. degree in Accounting or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years cognate experience.
  • Other certification(s) may be an added advantage
