Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Umuahia - Abia, Nnewi - Anambra, Auchi - Delta, Abakaliki - Ebonyi, Edo, Imo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and best practices in sales management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in [Tyres and Bikes will be an advantage].

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.

Salary
N120,000 (Gross) per month.
