We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our betting products and services.
• Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide accurate information about our betting offerings, odds, promotions, and terms and conditions.
• Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to place bets and increase their engagement with our platform.

Requirements

• 1-3 years proven experience in telesales, customer service,or a similar sales role
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• BSc in Mass Communication,or its equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with customers over the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
