Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef.

Job Summary

Responsible for all food production including that used for buffet & private functions.
Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes.
Develop and monitor food budget for the kitchen.
Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE certificate
Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
8 - 10 years’ experience as a Chef
Must be able to read and write in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and process management skills.
