Job Decription

• We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Technology to lead our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise combined with proven leadership capabilities to drive our product and technology vision.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 4-5 years experience.

Key Technical Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience withIonic,Angular, andNode.jsframeworks.
• Previous experience working infast-paced, high-growthenvironments.
• A stable career history —candidates with frequent job changes may not be considered.
• Demonstrated experience inleading and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Solid background insoftware architectureandfull-stack development.

Soft Skills & Additional Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication,team leadership, and decision-making skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month.
