We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compensation and Performance Management Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for the implementation of HR strategy which includes ensuring that HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Oversees the administration of compensation and benefits and implementation of performance management.
• Drafts and develops templates across the HR functions.
• Serves as a business partner to other departments in providing HR support on compensation and benefits and performance management.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Degree from a reputable higher institution
• Associate Member CIPM, PHRI or SPHRi
• Minimum of 5 years in similar role

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of HRIS
• Data Analytics
• Numerical skills
• Ability to use an ERP
• Ms office suite
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
