The real estate, legal, physical planning, and construction arms of their organisation is the engine house of the company’s expansion;these oversee the identification of potential land deals for construction purposes in communities where they operate. A vital part of this process is the physical planning where land use is appropriately executed in line with necessary government regulations. In line with that, we seek Physical Planning Associates who will be at the centre of it all, ensuring that all company sites have the appropriate regulatory planning approvals. The desired candidates should to be a forward thinker who will ensure that all processes move seamlessly towards desired goals. The person would be involved in drafting physical planning documents, collecting information and lodging the document with necessary government bodies. He or She would follow up with relevant parties to ensure smooth approval processes ensuring that the management is fully informed of the progress and executing given targets. Job Title: Physical Planning Associate Location: Lagos EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The candidate must be very detail oriented, organised and hands on with a degree in planning from the University with a minimum of 2years working experience in physical planning. He or She must have a clear understanding of building and planning codes in Nigeria and be appropriately registered with relevant professional bodies.
