Customer Service Officer in a Fintech Company

TeamAce Limited - Our client, a Fintech Company, is recruiting a suitable candidate to fill in the position below:

 

Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • HND / BSc holder in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Customer Service Officer, Telesales Executive or any related field.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
