Nellyani Properties & Investment Limited came into existence in year 2005, being registered as a Corporate Company, out of the keen desire of making positive difference in the Real Estate Property(s) Investment and Development.

Our desire stemmed from the fact that investment in Real Estate requires huge capital sum that needs to be utilized efficiently and effectively in order to guarantee security and regularity of income recoupable on the capital invested.

Requirements

• Applicant must possess good communication skills, must be able to handle heavy transactions with little supervision, must be neat, hardworking and transparent.
• Must not be more than 35 years old
• Applicant must be Computer literate and good in Microsoft office
• Applicant may originate from any state in Nigeria.
• Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree or HND in Estate Management only
• Applicant must have a minimum of 2-3 years working experience
• Applicant must be conversant with Uyo and its environment
