Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Determining the value of all descriptions of properly and various interests therein
• Determining the economic use of the resources by means of financial appraisal for the building industry.
• Managing and developing estate and other businesses concerned with the management of the landed property.
• Determining optimum use of land and its associated resources to meet social and economic needs.

Requirements

• BSc Degree / HND in Estate Management
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
• Have a year or more Experience in Field Marketing.
• Passion for the job
• Have a little or more knowledge about Real Estate Business.
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
