Job Description

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
• Build Sustainable Relationships with customers
• Follow up customers call where required.
• Manage and update customer databases.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, NCE, OND with 0 - 2 years of experience
• Ability to multi-task
• English proficiency
• Verbal, and written communication skills
