We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Supervisor

Location: Orile Coker, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts in collaboration with departmental heads.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations and record keeping.
Implement internal control systems and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Supervise and train accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial statutory requirements (e.g., VAT, PAYE, and income tax).
Oversee internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting leadership roles.
