Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-registration and registration duties for incoming guests.
• Essentially check guests in and out, make room reservations and track and report room statuses and rates.
• Is also responsible for guest complaint or request for room service.
• Must have the ability to complete diverse tasks in order to maintain an efficient front desk area of any hotel.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
