Front Desk Officer at Natcom Investment and Development Company Limited (Trading as NTEL)

NTEL is a Nigerian telecommunications company that launched as a 4G LTE provider in 2016. It was formed after NATCOM Development and Investment Limited (NatCom) acquired the assets of the defunct NITEL.NTEL aims to redefine the Nigerian telecommunications landscape by offering high-speed internet access and clear voice over LTE. NTEL aims to deliver its services across the largest possible network coverage in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register visistors professionally and notify relevant staff of visitor arrival
• Sign in visistors using the log book/tags provided
• Contact relevant company personnel to ensure visitors are attended to
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and welcoming at all times
• Receive, log, and sign incoming mails and distribute within the hour
• Source and provide relevant information to callers as appropriate
• Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with company security protocol.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Keep visitors informed at all times of delays, changes toarrangement
• Provide any other assistant required in a willing, pleasant and professional manner
• Deal with difficult situations in an assertive and friendly manner

Educational Qualification

• HND or BSc in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist / Customer Service.
