Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • To ensure customer have the right product and good service
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands Assist clients on order-on-line Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
  • Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
  • Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
  • Assist customers with after-sales service issues Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
  • Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client Maintain and update regular client correspondence Provide customers with information about items.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Elevate complaints to management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent leadership skills Social Media Proficiency Friendly disposition
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure Computer literacy
  • Ability to organize processes and people Detail-oriented Analytical skills
  • Interested candidates should reside in Abuja.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Candidate mustwithin the age of 25- 35.
  • Candidate must be a computer literate and also have great oral communication ability and good use of social media.

Salary
NGN45,000 - 60,000 / Month.

Job Title: Trainer / Distributor

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and health conditions
  • Build individualized exercise programs
  • Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed
  • Monitor progress of clients’ fitness levels
  • Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment
  • Lead both individual and group training sessions
  • Research on new exercise techniques and trends
  • Promote the gym’s fitness packages and plans
  • Inform clients about on gym safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Build a positive and trusting relationship with customers
  • Advise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND, BSc qualification with 2 - 6 years work experience.
  • Previous experience as a personal trainer or relevant role
  • Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessions
  • Ability to guide and motivate clients
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel

Salary
N45,000 - N60,000 / month.

Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Accurately describe products, features and benefits.
  • Keep up to date with product information.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Keep up to date with inventory and ensure to send out of stock list daily.
  • Welcome/greet customers politely.
  • Ascertain customers' needs and wants.
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes

Qualifications

  • ND / NCE / SSCE
  • Experience: 1 - 5 years
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.

Salary

  • N25,000 - N35,000 monthly.
