Role Overview

• The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that drive innovation in the financial services sector. 
• This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust web applications using modern frameworks.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing systems.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Support the CI/CD pipeline to enable smooth deployments and updates.
• Work in tandem with product managers, designers, and other developers to meet project goals.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design prototypes into functional interfaces.
• Ensure consistent performance across multiple devices and browsers.
• Build scalable server-side applications using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Seamlessly integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and internal APIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end programming languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, or .NET).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with database management (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Salary Band
N600,000 - N800,000 monthly.
