Job Title: Full Stack Software Developer

Role Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and innovative Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic software solutions that enhance business operations and customer experience.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Laravel, Node.js, React, Flutter, and Expo, and a strong understanding of modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Software Design & Development:

• Develop robust and scalable applications using Laravel, Node.js, React, Flutter, and Expo.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases to support system functionality.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and responsiveness of all applications.

Collaboration & Innovation:

• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Recommend and implement improvements for system automation and scalability.

Testing & Deployment:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and performance.
• Manage deployment cycles for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain proper documentation of development processes and updates.

Maintenance & Optimization:

• Regularly update and maintain existing systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve efficiency.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure system reliability and smooth operations.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be based in Abuja (preferably Kubwa or nearby areas).
• Proficiency in Laravel, Node.js, React, Flutter, and Expo.
• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, RESTful APIs, and Git version control.

Remuneration

• Salary: N200,000 Monthly  (Monthly Maintenance)
• Note: The N200,000 covers ongoing maintenance. For software build projects, payment will be negotiated based on the scope and nature of the project.
