We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: General Manager Location: Lagos

They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business.
Also, they should have a decent knowlegde on Information Technology and Finance, as we are a FINTECH Organisation.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day to day operations in all deparments
Develop and manage companys Anuual Bugdet
Management of Tax, PAYE, VAT, WHT etc
Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
Cost Analysis and Management
Preparation of Management accounts and comparing performance against budgeted targets
Manage and control payments & settlements
Give Reports on the position of the company on a monthly basis
Manage operations and finances of business
Perform risk evalution procedures.
Recruit and train new hires on business practices
Drive development of employees
Ensure the companys books are up to date and accurate.
Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Qualifications

Decent knowlegde on Information Technology and FINTECH
Demonstrated ability to lead
Strong communications and administrative skills
Strong knowlegde on Credit Administration and Recovery.
Indepth knowlegde of finanical regulations and accounting process
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years' working experince and at least 5 years in management position in similar role in a microfinance outfit.
