Job Title: General Supervisor

Locations: Dopemu - Lagos and Ota, Ogijo, Papalanto, Abeokuta - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• The general supervisor will be responsible for ensuring employees reporting to him/her perform their duties in accordance with the set standard of the organization.
• Make sure employees who report to you meet performance expectations.
• Giving instructions to subordinate employees.
• Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Approving work hours.
• Always ensure great service to clients.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Computer literacy.
• Proactive organizational skills.
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as a GeneralSupervisor in a manufacturing environment or Oil and Gas
• Previous leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.
