Job Description

• The SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year intensive, immersive and hands-on program to train young talents and develop a new generation of leaders for its businesses, strategy and expansion in the palm oil agro-industry and edible oil sectors.

Scope

• The program will involve the group’s affiliated integrated palm oil businesses in Nigeria and Ghana
• Presco plc, Edo state, Nigeria
• Siat Nigeria Limited, Rivers State, Nigeria
• Ghana Oil Palm Development Company, Eastern Region, Ghana
• The next cohort of the program will start from July 1st 2025

Unit/Departments and academic backgrounds

• The integrated nature of the business offers a broad spectrum of opportunities across academic and professional disciplines. Graduates with completed degrees in the following fields and related areas of study are invited to apply:
• Agriculture, Agronomy and Agricultural engineering
• Finance and Accounting
• Sales and Marketing
• Supply chain, Inventory and Logistics
• Business administration, HR, IT, Data analysis
• Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil, food technology, process, chemical)
• Environmental and Social sciences, Sustainability studies, Community development, Occupational health and safety

Eligibility Criteria

• To apply for the program candidates must have:
• 26 years or less (born in 1999 or after)
• B/B Tech degree or above in any of the areas listed above from a recognized and accredited local or foreign university
• Minimum of second-upper class
• National service completed latest by April with discharge certificate
• Candidates must be computer literate, in good physical health and willing to work and live in remote rural.
