We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Lagos Requirements

• HND/Diploma in HR or a related course.
• Knowledge of Recruitment cycle / process
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement
• Good Negotiation skills.
• 5-8 years experience as a recruiter
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Liaising with Colleges / Campus for recruitment
• Knowledge of MS office (word / excel etc.)

Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Source potential candidates for various requirements
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview shortlisted candidates for various roles
• Send job offer emails and answer queries for all requirements
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
