Johngate Industrial Company Limited has sole dealership agreements with many companies in Asia and Europe and some of such companies are:- Dongah South Korea, Pirelli Switzerland, Hercules USA/Canada, Sime Tyre Malaysia etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Location: Alakija - Satellite Town, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for HR manager.
• Organize, complie , Update company personnel records and documentation.
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations,sick leave etc.
• Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• B.Sc, HND, OND / NCE holders with relevant skills should apply.
• 1 - 2 Years work experience.

Skills:

• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook,Word,Excel and HR software
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Smart and Goal driven individual.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
