Intelligence Era Limited was incorporated in Nigeria as an infra engineering company providing a wide range of products & services to address customer requirements, primarily in the telecom infrastructure, power and pre-engineered building segments. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resources Business Manager Location: Lagos Job Details

Plan strategic restructuring options, or explore ideas for collaboration with a similar business
Provide both transformational advice and transactional support (contracting in services throughout HR where required) on change management initiatives, organisational / departmental restructures / job role design / outsourcing / redundancy situations) in order to improve cost and efficiency, clarify accountabilities and empower delivery of great customer service.
Human resources personnel working strategically generally focus on increasing employee productivity and return on investment, with the intent of moving your company forward.
Review the technical expertise of current workforce in relation to it.
