Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited (TITIS) is a spin-off of Tranter International Company. Tranter International Company was incorporated in November 1989 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Ensure IT security best practices are followed.
• Work on IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and network improvements.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
• Assist with user onboarding, system setups, and account management.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or ITIL are an added advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
