We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting faults noticed on servers, desktops, and laptops to the IT Lead
• Ensure all logs for equipment and users are recorded and maintained
• Assist in the deployment of authorized software to client computer
• Assist in trouble shooting network incidence and root cause on network downtime
• Treating and closing tickets raised by users
• Induction of new staff both in Nigeria and Ghana
• Assist in preparation of monthly IT spend which is to be submitted to the Finance Manager at the end of each month
• Assists in Active directory, Skype, SCCM and exchange server administration.
• Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
• Providing desktop support to staff
• Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
• Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 1 - 2 years work experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware / software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Ability to manage personnel.
