We are recruiting to fill the position of:     Job Title: Field Service Technician - Offshore Location: Lagos, NG Purpose of the Job

• Provide efficient and cost effective installation and commissioning Off Shore Field  Services to ensure site installations are achieved to the required standards, time, costs and customer satisfaction

• Completion and submission of company time-sheets and expense claims on a weekly basis and in accordance with guidelines
• Compilation of site reports on a weekly basis and on close-out
• Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a cultureof safe working, environmental protection and continual improvement.
• All other duties as relevant to the post
• Be the first point of contact for allocated customers in respect of any issues relating to field services
• Provide continuous improvement in installation and commissioning activities
• To minimise warranty issues
• Undertake market/competitor intelligence activities so as to maximise opportunities to the business
• Liaise with Manager - Head of Field Services to ensure continuing professional development
• Develop and maintain good and effective relationships with clients to optimise customer satisfaction
• To deliver hands-on training to customers’ personnel as required
• When operating on site, to make contact with the field services department on arrival, prior to departure and during the interim period as required and requested
