A major Real Estate Company with focus in Housing Development, Site and Service Estates in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo (Ibadan) and Abuja with also interest in Engineering, Procurement and Construction requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill the position below:     Job Title: Group Marketing Manager Location: Any City, Nigeria Reports directly: The Chief Executive Officer Requirements

• Must be versatile in securing Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract from both Individual, Government and Private establishments.
• Must be a go to market specialist and be able to develop special Marketing plan for each projects and locations in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, and Abuja.
• Experience in managing and possession of Consultants and Agents is a must.
• Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any related discipline and MBA will be an added advantage.
• Must have a minimum of Ten (10) Years’ experience in Handling Large and Retail marketing division of Real Estate and Property Development Company Dealing in the core area of Off Sales Plan, and Site Services Estates.
