We are currently in search of “graduate investment officers” for our client for their real estate business, to fill the vacant position below:     Job Title: Investment Officers Location: Lagos Responsibilities

• They will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects for landed and building properties all around Lagos.
• Work with other agents and professionals to provide listings for their customer requests
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the property market, viable opportunities and marketable deals for clients.
• Participate in arranging site inspections to activate sales transactions.
• Deal closer with the strong ability to handle complaints or objections

Requirements

• Must be smart, outspoken with a good dress sense.
• Candidates must have experience in real estate sales in Lagos.
• B.Sc./HND Holders.
• Must be resident in Lagos
• Must have passion for sales

Remuneration

• Salary is 50,000 monthly with a certain percentage every month as commission.
• Successful candidates should be ready to resume immediately (September 2018).
