The flagship project is Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate which is located at the Lagoon District, (the new Waterview residences of lekki phase 1) Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

General Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's Degree is a plus.
• B.Eng Civil Engineering Professional Certification: COREN (Registered member)
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar position
• Experience in road construction would be an added advantage.
• Design consultation & Development Construction Administration & Inspection Project management.
• Quality take-offs analysis.
• International & National codes standards research and application.
• Knowledgeable in structural modeling (IT Tools).
• Highly proficient in the use of the following: Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, MS Project & Outlook) AutoCad, AutoCad MEP, PDMS Design Software (Primavera Project Planner).
• Good command of Language. English Language (Oral & Written).

Job Title: Structural Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

General Qualifications

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

General Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years post NYSC qualification experience
• Candidates must have worked as QS for a construction company.
• Must understand how to prepare material and labor schedule.
• Must be able to prepare BOQ with rates take off with project drawings.
• Must have excellent understanding of grades of concrete with their mix ratios.
• Must have excellent understanding of how to prepare valuations an variations claims
• Must understand how to price project preliminaries in relation to extension of time
• Must understand the various methods of valuing preliminary for an ongoing project
• Must understand the preambles and conditions of contract - FIDIC, SMM and JCT.
• Must understand the various types of contracts - Fixed, Fluctuating, All-inclusive, etc.
• Must understand site materials inventory management and control.
• Must have good understanding of how to perform cost control analysis, and draw up reports on changes to work and contractor's claims.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering field.
• At least 2 -4 years of working experience at a construction company, engineering firm or a developed firm.
• Vibrant, Fast Productive with result oriented mindset.
• Quick and fast solution thinker; ability to craft solutions to mechanical problems easily.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, design and construction simultaneously.
• Expert mastery of computer aided design tool (CAD).
• Technical writing and reporting skills with ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
• Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinetics, thermodynamics, material science.

Job Title: Chief Accounting Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting.
• Between 7 - 10 years post-NYSC relevant experience with minimum of 3 years in a senior managerial role in the real estate industry or in a similar organization.
• Must have ICAN professional qualification.
• Understanding of the real estate development market in Nigeria and Africa.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
• Knowledge of financial planning and budgetary control.
• Knowledge of Audit procedures will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to define, develop and articulate strategic business plans.
• Excellent accounting and numerical analytical skills.
• Superior financial management and corporate reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

General Qualifications

• At least O'Level / OND & HND.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Candidate must understand Lagos Roads very well.
• Must have at least 7 years driving experience.
• Must have a Nigerian Driver's license.
