• To be qualified, candidates must possess minimum first degree in engineering, estate management or any other building related field, and preferably be a member of a relevant professional institute.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar roles is required.

• To be qualified, candidates must possess a degree in Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles with a construction company is a must have.
