Position Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Developer to join our development team.
• This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in both front-end and back-end development, and who is committed to building, maintaining, and enhancing web applications that deliver seamless user experiences.

Job Summary

• As a Junior Full Stack Developer at The Havana Group of Companies, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust platforms using a variety of technologies.
• You will be involved in the complete product development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of both new and existing features.
• Your responsibilities will include writing clean, functional code for both front-end and back-end, collaborating with the development team to ensure system consistency, and enhancing user experience.
• You will also focus on optimizing web design for mobile speed, performing UI tests, and ensuring the stability and usability of our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fully-fledged platforms with attention to both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Optimize web designs for mobile performance and speed.
• Perform UI tests to enhance performance and stability.
• Engage in the entire product development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Write and maintain clean, functional code for various features.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure system consistency and user satisfaction.

Specific Skills:

• Proficient in front-end languages and libraries such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledgeable in back-end languages including C#, Java, and Python, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue.
• Strong eye for layout aesthetics.
• Analytical with effective time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic about new technologies with a keen interest in learning and skill improvement.
• Experience with databases like MySQL and MongoDB, and familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Skilled in testing and debugging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in full-stack development (internships or project experience included).
