Job Title: Deputy Bursar
Location: Ibadan
Duties
- The Deputy Bursar who shall be under the general control of the Bursar of the University shall assist him in the day-to-day financial affairs of the University.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must possess a good honours Degree in Accounting or related discipline in the Social Sciences from a recognized University with at least 12 years cognate experience in a higher institution of learning as well as professionally-recognized Accountancy qualification(s).
- Candidates must have served for not less than 4 years on the position of Chief Accountant.
- Possession of relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
- Candidates must demonstrate mastery of Information Communication Technology (ICT).
Salary
CONTISS 14: (N1,831,708.00 - N2,392,572.00).
Condition of Service

Job Title: Director - Directorate of Information Technology and Media Service (ITeMS)
Location: Ibadan
Duties
- Oversees the activities of the Information Technology and Media Services in the University.
- Coordinating the activities of all the IT departments.
- Ensures performance goals are set and met.
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures required for the improvement or modification of existing units, programmes and implementation of new programmes.
- Advises the Vice-Chancellor/IT Board on IT-related issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must possess a good Masters degree with twenty (20) years post qualification and twelve (12) years cognate experience, in both cases, candidates must be a registered member of recognized professional body and must have at least two (2) years administrative experience in running a computer installation and or IT infrastructure.
Salary
CONTISS 15: (N2,242,999.00 - N2,886,591.00).

Job Title: Chief Security Officer
Location: Ibadan
Duties
- The importance of security of lives and property in the attainment of the goals and objectives of any organisation cannot be over-emphasised. The Chief Security Officer, therefore, plays a key role in the overall achievement of the Vision and Mission of the University of Ibadan, He is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor through the Chairman, Council Committee on Security. He must also be able to provide the University Administration with regular security briefs, information and piece of advice for appropriate use.
- Applicants for this position must be those with clear vision, proven track records and professional ability and distinction in either private or government establishments. In addition, they must have a clear knowledge of the structure and terrain of the University of’ Ibadan campus.
- The applicants should have exemplary leadership qualities capable of engendering the trust of the University Administration, loyalty of staff and cooperation of the various publics he will interact with. Applicants must also be confident and proactive.
Qualifications and Experience
- The candidate must be a graduate of a recognised University (but specialty in Psychology or Criminology will be an advantage) with 18 years cognate experience in security related jobs, four (4) of which must have been in Campus Security. The candidate may be an Ex-Superior Police Officer, not below the rank of a Chief Superintendent of Police or its equivalent from the Armed Forces.

CONTISS 13: (N1,456,399.00 - N1,919,655.00).
