LIB Insurance Brokers Limited is an Insurance Broking firm, licensed by the NAICOM to provide unique services ranging from Insurance brokerage, risk management consultants, and claims service experts, life and pension and health insurance consultancy. We provide expert and detailed insurance in all areas of personal and commercial risks. We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Lagos Job Description/Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for marketing and business development.
• Candidate is expected to develop and execute channel strategy to bring in new accounts and manage existing accounts in the company.

Other responsibilities include:

• Work with top-tier executives to oversee the operations of the company
• Report directly to the group CEO
• Manage Business Development and sales
• Develop appropriate business strategies
• Prepare commercial business plans, budgets and any subsequent revision
• Prepare business and financial reports as required
• Deliver revenue budget
• Manage cost budget to achieve cost reduction targets
• Manage Customer Relationships
• Deliver continuous improvement in revenue quality, customer satisfaction and internal business processes within areas of responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have minimum of 7 years work experience in Sales and Business Development exposure to the Insurance Industry is an added advantage
• B.Sc or HND in relevant field
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and also presentation skills
• A goal getter and result oriented
• Excellent leadership skills
